Sales & Marketing Administration Assistant, WEST RYDE

CREATIVE BY DESIGN is seeking an enthusiastic and willing-to-learn individual to assist with Social Media and with developing and implementing marketing strategies.

In addition, the role will cover answering phones and organising the appointments for the design team, so you will really be in the thick of it. The role is exciting, challenging and ever-evolving, providing a vibrant person with fantastic opportunities to grow.

There will be a trial period for this role for 2 weeks, initially 2 days per week. For the right person, the role will be full time 9:00am – 4:00pm.

Based in West Ryde.

Your typical day: 

• Running the daily social media posts/stories for our local franchise
• Collaborating with the marketing manager on ways to grow the brand and exposure.
• Thinking of creative ways to attract new clients through social media
• Daily social notification checks
• Greeting office visitors and ensuring a tidy and organised office environment – bonus points if you can keep our plants alive!
• Managing and fielding incoming calls

Skills & Experience

Required:

• Good phone manner and presentation.
• Strong, clear communication skills.
• A creative thinker and a passion for all things social.
• Enjoys working with clients

Preferred:

• Experience in social media strategy organic and paid strategies
• Completion of the Facebook Blueprint Training.
• Proven experience with using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Zapier.
• Experience working with project management
