Circle of Security One-Day Workshop

Tired of being a shouty mum? Frustrated with your clingy infant? Worried that you’re not in control of your own emotions when your children trigger you? Partner doesn’t get why you can’t get anything done while you’re at home with the kids? We have all been there and this workshop will you help see there’s a light through these tough moments. Parents can expect to find new ways of managing family emotions.

This is an 8-part program condensed into a one-day workshop for busy Inner West Parents.
