While I was pregnant I did some research on newborn photography options. When I saw Noemie’s work I fell in love and emailed her to ask some questions and then booked in.
Noemie is a local mum based in Gladesville with over 5 years experience. She was so accommodating – I had to reschedule my session twice as my baby was born 5 weeks early and had to go back to hospital for jaundice treatment but it was not a bother at all to Noemie.
The number one piece of information I took from her info pack was don’t worry, relax – she will make magic – and boy did she deliver.
Prior to our booking, she had asked me colour preferences, if there were any must-do poses, and any preference for order. I appreciated this as we did sibling shots and then family shots with newborn photos last so my daughter could get to school and my partner to work!
Noemie was so warm and friendly. She knew how to get the best from us all. She didn’t rush us, she was fun to be around and so talented behind the lens.
Her studio had so many props and photo options that it was very hard to decide which to use but Noemie was a great help. The studio was also lovely and warm for our newborn baby.
Her wardrobe for mums was divine and she had dresses for all shapes and sizes. I selected 2 to wear in my photos.
The day after our session, she sent me some sneak peeks and then a week later the full gallery so I could select my images (wow that is a hard job!).
After that she edited our final selection and then shared the finished album where I downloaded and saved the full-resolution files.
We didn’t do newborn photos with our daughter (well, we attempted some DIY ones) and I am so glad we did some this time around. The newborn period is such a fleeting moment in time and the sleep deprivation makes it a foggy memory! I’m mostly glad we did it because it encouraged me to get in the photos and create memories which as mums we don’t do nearly enough!
I know I will love looking back on these. My only regret is not booking in maternity photos! But I’m making up for it, I already had some photos taken of just our daughter and have booked in sibling photos with Noemie’s Christmas display. I can’t wait! 
Noemie also does milestone photos, cake smashes, outdoor family photos, headshots for businesses and everything in between.
Booking her has been such an unexpected blessing as I didn’t think I would love the photos so much. 🩵
