Feeling stressed, worried or lonely? You’re not alone.

Take control of your mental health by learning effective strategies to cope with stress and improve general mental wellbeing.

The seminar considers holistic ways of self- care. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Together, these help bring a sense of wellbeing.

Paul Pickering Bio:

Paul is a lecturer at Morling College in the Counselling, Chaplaincy and Spiritual Care faculty. His specialty areas being Human Development, Dementia, and Palliative Care.

He is an experienced Chaplain, and Supervisor, accredited with Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS) Chaplaincy Australia, and Baptist Association NSW and ACT.

His career background is diverse including Nursing, Pastoral Ministry, Chaplaincy, Private practice Counselling and Supervision.

This diversity brings a richness to his interactions with people. He is passionate about holistic approaches to resilience. His core value is that “People matter most”.

Paul lives on the Central Coast, has been happily married to Gail for over 25 years, enjoys photography and the beauty of creation.
