RDM Visits: Rashays @ Rhodes Waterside

posted in: Cafes & Restaurants, Life | 0

With offers like “Kids Eat Free” and “$9 Lunches”, it was only a matter of time before we stopped into Rashays at Rhodes Waterside.

Celebrating an impressive 21 years in the game, Rashays have casual dining down to a fine art, serving up classic favourites at excellent prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. With over 28 casual dining restaurants and 2 food court locations, Rashay’s has made a big footprint on NSW, ACT and QLD over the last 2 decades.

On our recent visit, we were impressed by their excellent service (and a refreshing server to customer ratio!) and enjoyed a hearty meal of bruschetta, creamy chicken and avocado with chips and veg (the creamy chicken has been on the menu since day 1!), a chicken avocado salad, barramundi with chimichurri, kids fish n’ chips and of course a $5 dessert – waffles complete with ice cream, berries and Persian fairy floss. Fancy! We were interested to hear that all of their produce is Halal certified.

Child-friendly

The child-friendly factor is always very important to us and our readers, and we are pleased to report that Rashays ticks the box:

  • Colouring and crayons were offered to our little ones in as soon as we sat down.
  • The kids’ menu has a nice variety of options including lasagne and schnitzel.
  • Balloons – the kids thought these were fantastic, needless to say.

Value

Rashays love a deal with all types of offers from daily to monthly. The current promo running is $9 lunches and $5 desserts for the whole of June. And they are VERY fancy desserts we must say!

Rashays Rewards Members can also enjoy the following awesome deals:

  • Kids eat FREE every Sunday!
  • $12 Pizza & Pasta every Monday & Tuesday
  • 10% off every time you dine
  • Receive a $10 voucher on your birthday via Email and/or SMS
