Receptionist/ Office All-Rounder

Part-time – 4 days a week, 9am – 5:30pm (must work Tuesday and Thursdays).

Canale Tax and Accounting are seeking a Receptionist/ Office all-rounder who has had previous experience with working in an office environment, computer skills (office software preferred I.E, word, Excel, Outlook), data entry and general office responsibility.

Location: Ryde area

Job Description

  • General/ Ah Hoc office duties
  • Maintaining the general office cleanliness.
  • Answering the telephone
  • Managing our incoming jobs and email management of several email accounts
  • Booking in client meetings
  • Scanning and daily mail
  • Emailing clients their tax affairs on a regular basis
  • Keeping our system up to date in terms of clients details
  • Filling of clients files
  • Assist with preparation of monthly accounts and enquiries
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery, office and kitchen supplies 
  • Responsible for all administration and business management filing.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of amenity for staff ensuring a comfortable and productive working environment and culture.

 

Selection Criteria

To be considered, you will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Accuracy and delivery deadlines are achieved
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to show initiative, be reliable and a team player.
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Previous experience in using a computer, word, excel, outlook
  • Must be an Australian citizen or have a PR to work in Australia.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight time constraints in a calm manner
  • Must speak fluent English
