Job Description

As an OSHC Assistant Manager, you will support a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths.

The location is Kent Road Public School in Eastwood.

Your leadership will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success.

Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.

Availability to work a mix of split and block shifts on a permanent full-time basis during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care should have good computer skills. Experience and qualifications would be highly considered. There will be on-site training and trials. Knowledge in Educational leader role as required.

 

About you 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
  • Have previous leadership experience
  • Have experience managing compliance and administrative requirements
  • Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach
  • Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
