Ryde Aquatic Centre

504 Victoria Road, Ryde

  • Toddler and kids area including indoor wave pool on selected times/days and whirlpools

Macquarie University Pool

Gymnasium Road, North Ryde

  • Indoor and outdoor pool
  • The indoor pool is heated
  • NO toddler or little kids pool
  • There is normally a free play lane on the edge near the ramps on the indoor pool (check lane timetable via link below)
  • Toilets, showers and kiosk are all on site
  • Locker hire available
  • Parking is available nearby with pram walking access
  • Open 7 days

CURRENTLY CLOSED – Epping Aquatic Centre

Dence Park, 26 Stanley Road, Epping

Epping Aquatic Centre closed in April 2024 for extensive renovations and is expected to be closed for approximately 2 year. We can’t wait for it to reopen with an indoor splash pool as part of the improvements. What it used to provide was:

  • Lockers available
  • Grass area for picnics

Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre

Olympic Blvd, Sydney Olympic Park

  • While this aquatic centre recently underwent a $16m renovation, much of it was behind the scenes and underwater so it will feel very familiar!
  • There are multiple areas for kids to enjoy – the main area has slides, tipping buckets, water fountains, bubbles, wheels and more.
  • A favourite for older kids is the whirlpool which pushes water around in a big circle.
  • You’ll also find lap pools, leisure pools, spa, sauna, toilets and showers, lockers for hire and a kiosk onsite.
  • Receive 4 hours of free parking with pool entry.

Parramatta Aquatic Centre

7A Park Parade, Parramatta

  • 50m heated outdoor pool with 10 lanes and shaded poolside seating
  • 25m indoor heated swimming pool with 8 lanes
  • Heated children’s pool suitable for babies and toddlers
  • Indoor heated splash play area – fun for babies and primary school aged children with zero depth

Drummoyne Swim Centre

1P Henley Marine Drive, Drummoyne

  • Outdoor pools
  • Lap pool and small toddler/kids pool with shade
  • Open 7 days a week
  • Small kiosk onsite

Willoughby Leisure Centre

2 Small Street, Willoughby

  • 8 lane multi-purpose 25m indoor heated swimming pool which is maintained at 28°C all year round.
  • The main pool is used for multiple purposes, including lap and leisure swimming, squad programs, aqua aerobics classes and swimming lessons.
  • Slide pool: Used for swimming lessons, recovery sessions and play
  • Toddler pool: Ideal for infants and toddlers
  • Turbo pool: Equipped with benches and air jets

Ku-ring-gai Fitness & Aquatic Centre

Prince of Wales Drive, West Pymble, NSW 2073

  • Indoor and outdoor lap pool
  • Indoor and outdoor toddler/kids pool – outdoor has a large shade sail, indoor has a small play area
  • Sprinkler/play area that turns on automatically for around 5-10 minutes an hour and has water spurts, taps, sprinklers and other fun things for the kids! You can also turn it on yourself by placing your hand over the two poles with blue tops.
  • Free locker hire
  • Toilets and showers
  • Kiosk on site

Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre

Mary St, Lilyfield

  • 6 swimming pools including indoor heated and outdoor heated swimming, children’s pools, a dive pool and an outdoor mushroom pool
  • The Blu Aqua Kiosk has coffee, views and some healthy food options for kids.
  • There’s plenty of FREE parking next to the centre, adjacent to the Leichhardt Oval.

  • Outdoor 50m heated –  irregular shaped pool complete with shaded leisure ‘beach’ area. Accessibility features.
  • Indoor 25m heated – Moveable floor (ranges from 0-2m).
  • Indoor aqua play -Slides, fountains and even a magnificent mega-drencher make the kids’ water play area a highlight.

Greenwich Baths

Albert Street, Greenwich

With spectacular harbour views, a cafe and a relaxed environment, the Harbour’s pleasant waters are ideal for swimming and the facilities at Greenwich Baths cater for everyone. You may attend the Baths with one other person who lives outside your household if you are not fully vaccinated, or up to 5 people if you are all fully vaccinated. Open  7am- 5pm in September and later as the weather warms.
