Runners Knee (clinically known as Patellofemoral pain syndrome) is an overuse injury common among runners due to the stress it causes on the patella (knee cap). It can affect any active individual – whether you’re a young teen or experienced runner, a short distance runner or a marathon runner.
So whether it’s you or your little ones feeling the pain, join RNHC Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Alex Donald for a 60 minute talk exploring the causes of Runners Knee and how it can be diagnosed, treated and prevented.
