My name is Danielle and I am a mum of a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I live in Lane Cove. I’m a normal, every day mum. I’ve lost a lot of weight by eating right and moving my body. I haven’t stripped my diet back to steamed broccoli and chicken. I haven’t worked out for 15 hours a day 7 days a week. I haven’t popped pills or skipped meals or done anything fad at all. I’ve lost my baby weight over 2 years and regained my confidence and my sexy and I want to help you do it too. I have a support group of over 400 local women who are taking back the control of their diet and their lifestyle and showing their family a beautiful example of what healthy is.
