The much-loved Granny Smith Festival is set to return on Saturday 19 October 2024 from 9am – 8:30pm.
The festival will be celebrating 39 years featuring old favourites and new activities, with amusement rides, market stalls, food trucks, performances, youth zone, kids activities and ending the night with a jam-packed finale show and fireworks spectacular!
The true strength and success of the Granny Smith Festival is its community character which sees over 200 stallholders attend, 500 performing artists and up to 1,000 local participants who proudly take part in the grand street parade.

Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club Street Parade starting at Rowe Street – 9.30am
Stalls along Rowe Street, the Avenue, Progress Avenue and Hillview Road 9.00am – 5.00pm
Rides Oval and West Parade 9.00am – 8.30pm
Live performances across 4 stages 10.00am – 6.00pm
Bluey Live Experience at 12.00pm and 2.00pm
The Wiggles Sound System featuring DJ Dorothy 6.00pm
Fireworks 8.00pm

Head over to the Oval and West Parade for a carnival experience packed with rides and games for everyone. Ride coupons can be purchased at the ticket booths on the Oval and West Parade. Camel rides* are also available on the Top Oval from 10.00am – 3.00pm.
Not To Be Missed
Parade
Find the perfect spot along Rowe Street from 9.30am for the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club sponsored Parade. See marching bands, dance groups, cultural performances and festival floats.
The best spot to view the parade is on Rowe Street so follow the pink parade route on the map and grab your spot early.
Finale Concert
Join in at the Oval for an exciting evening!
Deaf Perception kicks off at 4 PM, followed by the Full Hot Potato Band at 5 PM, bringing a lively brass show for the whole family. At 6 PM, the Wiggles Sound System featuring DJ Dorothy will spin classics, and at 7 PM, Amy Chase will light up the night with her captivating vocals.
Finally, at 8pm, Fireworks will light up Eastwood Oval to mark the end of an extraordinary day.
Youth Zone
Come chill out with your mates and enjoy live music from amazing local artists, learn viral dances in our TikTok dance workshops and get creative at the drop-in arts and crafts area. While you’re there, snap pics in our photobooth and grab some free fairy floss!
