The Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre Learn to Swim program provides swimming classes suitable for infants, children and adults of all abilities. The programs are structured to promote water familiarisation, safety, correct stroke technique and personal development within an enjoyable and safe environment.

Our AUSTSWIM certified instructors are caring, friendly and will guide each student from a non-swimmer to a proficient, confident and safe swimmer.

About

We hold classes all year round in 3 blocks (sessions) – a Summer, a Winter and a Spring. Our Summer and Spring sessions are  15-16 weeks long with a shorter, 10 week session for Winter.

We also offer an Intensive Program held during school holiday periods.

Classes are capped at a student to instructor ratio based on the age and skill level of our students.

When students have progressed to the next level, all of their hard work is recognised with a certificate of achievement awarded by our deck supervisors!
