Located on Constitution Road, this fully fenced 3000m2 playground is accessible and inclusive to children of all abilities and their carers.

Features include:

• music zone
• slides
• sand play
• extra long bridge
• nature play
• sensory zones

The design includes picnic shelters along with fixed seating for long and short-term use adjacent to the various play zones. Shade sails in addition to shade trees are included throughout the space to assist in keeping the space cool and comfortable.

As if that’s not enough, it’s located right next to the Olympic-standard skate park which is also home to a parkour wall, rock climbing wall, toddler playground, scooter track, table tennis court, water station, sports fields, BBQs and picnic tables. A new amenities building has been constructed as part of the playground and will service sporting user groups and visitors to the new playground, existing Meadowbank Park skatepark and adjacent sports fields. The amenities building will contain a canteen, change rooms, public toilets and a Changing Places facility.

This absolute EXTRAORDINARY playground was developed based on the Meadowbank Park Masterplan that was adopted in November 2019, the project was funded by the NSW Government through the Stronger Communities Fund.

Getting There

Meadowbank Playground is located on Constitution Road Meadowbank. Entry and exit points are on Ross Smith Avenue, Constitution Road West, as well as the existing carpark on the western side of the park.
