Our innovative team in Health Promotion has moved our Childbirth & Early Parenting classes online. Face to face classes are currently on hold, however, women and families still need the help, information and guidance these courses provide.
The perfect alternative to anyone needing to join classes are the following online classes: Early Pregnancy, Birthing Programs (including Virtual Maternity Unit Tours), HypnoBirthing® Program, Parenting Program, Breastfeeding, Grandparenting, Mandarin & Cantonese Classes, Prenatal Yoga & Postnatal Exercise.
Classes are run by experienced educators and allow participants to learn and ask questions all from the comfort of their home.
Our online exercise programs run by qualified instructors are designed for 16+ weeks pregnant or from 6 weeks after baby’s birth. We require a signed copy of our medical clearance form before the commencement of the classes. These are available on our website and are also emailed to you upon enrolment.
