At our BJJ school, we believe in changing lives through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Martial Arts. You will learn simple and effective self-defence techniques, train in functional fitness, and make life-long friendships. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling style focussing on throws and ground techniques. There is no striking which enables students of all ages to practise the style in a live environment with a considerably lower chance of injury. Kids of all ages enjoy wrestling and grappling and our games enable kids to have fun whilst learning how to deal with contact situations.
Our purpose-built facility in Gladesville offers classes seven days a week starting from kids ages 3-4 all the way through to teens and adult classes. We have a fully functional strength and conditioning section and all instructors are Certified IV Personal Trainers.
