Wentworth Point Eat Drink Night
When: Friday 3rd November from 5pm-930pm
Where: Wentworth Point Town Square. Wentworth Place, opposite Marina Square
Details: 30+ stalls of delicious food from all over the world, boutique alcohol stalls and live music. Enjoy a great family evening out and enjoy all the special inclusions for their first night market of the season! You can park at Marina Square shops with FREE 3 hour parking.
My Kids Market, Hornsby
When: 5th November, 9am – 12pm
Where: Park Lane, Waitara
Details: Head to My Kids Market at the PCYC Waitara on Sunday 5 November (9am-noon)… and save this Christmas! My Kids Market is your local market to buy, sell and recycle pre-loved and new babies and kids’ items with just about everything for boys and girls up for grabs in all shapes and sizes.
Shoppers will discover a huge selection of baby & kids clothing, shoes, toys, books, prams, bikes, cots and highchairs as well as other nursery and maternity items at prices you almost need to see to believe.
Families can recycle gently used items their kids have outgrown for cash instead of adding to landfill and local small business stalls are invited to showcase their unique new/handmade goods and services too.

Food & Wine by the River
When: Sunday 5th November
Where: Burns Bay Reserve
Details: Lane Cove Council and Mudgee Wine Region are the perfect pairing for North Shore locals to enjoy food and wine from close to 20 popular regional stallholders.
There’ll also be free face painting and games for the kids, and dogs are welcome too (on leash).
Free entry but wine-tasting tickets will be available to purchase.
Ryde Rotary Community Festival
When: Sunday 5th November, 9.30am – 4pm
Where: Ryde Park – Argyle Avenue, Ryde
Details: Join us on Sunday 5th November at Ryde Park (Argyle Ave, Top Ryde) for a day of community fun, incredible food stalls, local vendors, a petting zoo, face painting and live stage performances! All proceeds from the Ryde Rotary Community Festival go to supporting our local community.
Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi
When: on until 6 November 2023
Where: Along the 2km Bondi to Tamarama coastal walk
Details: Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi will celebrate 25 years as the world’s largest, free-to-the-public outdoor sculpture exhibition spanning 18 days. Everyone is welcome to one of the world’s largest free to-the-public outdoor sculpture exhibitions. This annual event will feature over 100 sculptures from international, interstate and local artists. Bring a picnic, or stay for fish and chips on the beach, as the sun sets on the iconic Bondi to Tamarama coastal walk. Free entry (with voluntary donations welcome to support the artists).
City of Ryde Remembrance Day
When: Saturday, 11th November, 10:15am to 11:30am
Where: Memorial Park, Meadow Cresent, Meadowbank
Details: The City of Ryde will be commemorating Armistice on Saturday 11 November 2023 at 10.15am for a 10.30am start. Feel free to join in the commemoration of our soldiers. The ceremony will be followed by refreshments in the park.
Greek Street Fair Burwood
When: Sunday 12th November, 11am – 5pm
Where: Burleigh St, Burwood
Details: Invite your family and friends to enjoy live Greek music, dance, performances, market stalls, food and entertainment brought to you by Burwood Council and The Greek Orthodox Parish and Community of Burwood and District Saint Nectarios. With support from Multicultural NSW.
Foundation Day, Parramatta
When: Sunday 12th November, 10am – 4pm
Where: Parramatta North – 5 Fleet Street, North Parramatta
Details: Discover Parramatta’s history at this free event with tours, workshops, family activities, live music, great food and more!
Learn something new about the past while having fun. Take the opportunity to connect with historical experts, specialists and enthusiasts while exploring the buildings and workshops.
Ryde Wharf Markets
When: Sunday 12
Where: Anderson Park, Meadowbank
Details: The Ryde Wharf Market, run by Cambridge Markets, is on the 2nd AND 4th Sunday of every month from 9am-2pm at Anderson Park, Meadowbank. You’ll find dozens of stalls covering:
fresh baked breads and treats
antipasto
Fresh flowers
fruit & veg
delicious desserts
wines and spirits
international food stalls ranging from gozleme to dumplings
2 coffee carts
women’s clothing and accessories + jewellery
homewares and candles

We recommend parking on Waterview St Putney and walking via the underpass.
You’re welcome to bring your 4 legged friends as long as they are on a lead – they would probably love to browse the pet stalls!
The Pet Show
When: Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th November, 10am-4pm
Where: Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park
Details: Australia’s FIRST national Pet Show is coming to the Sydney Showground! Experience and learn everything you need to know about dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles and small animals.
The Pet Show is all about positive pet parenting, sharing education, entertainment, and products for all pets from tails to scales and everything in between.
Bring your kids, bring your friends, bring your partner – there is something for every pet lover. We will have a range of different zones, areas, special guests, talks, activities and entertainment at The Pet Show.
Kath & Kim Drag Bingo
When: Saturday 18th November, 8-10.30pm
Where: Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club
Details: Kath & Kim Drag Bingo is coming back to Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club and is hosted by two foxy morons: Prada Clutch & Conchita Grande!

When: Saturday 18th November, 9:30am to 2pm
Where: North Ryde Library
Details: Join in at North Ryde Library Community Day with a fun morning of music, stories and activities to kick off Social Inclusion Week. There’ll be music performances by The Vege Plot, storytime, face painting, craft activities, spinning and knitting demonstrations and more!
Come in from 9:30am to explore the new shelves and community spaces from our recent refurbishment, and peruse the Toy Library to take home goodies for the week.
Wentworth Point Markets
When: Sunday 19th November
Where: Wentworth Place, Wentworth Point
Details: Wentworth Place and the town square will come alive from 9am-2pm with monthly markets thanks to Cambridge Markets!
There is so much on offer – you will be spoilt for choice. Enjoy delicious international food stalls to food products, plants and homewares, pet accessories (bring your furry friends along) barista made coffee (hooray), activities for the kids, cake, breads, beautiful things for the home, and, of course, delicious brunch and lunch stalls. There is live music and lots of tables and chairs so you can sit back and relax.
Come along to this very popular and friendly market and enjoy the outdoors. Free parking for 3 hours, entry is 1 Burroway Rd Wentworth Point or why not catch the Ferry and get off at Sydney Olympic Park Wharf.
Ryde Community Expo

Where: North Ryde School of Arts Community Centre
Details: City of Ryde is holding a Community Expo with different government departments and community organisations in November. Come and have a chat with different stallholders.
