Make a splash these Summer school holidays at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre with these aquatic programs or you can simply visit the Aquatic Centre and enjoy Splasher’s Playground, water slides and more with the whole family.
Diving Clinic
Practice your diving skills in a world-class Olympic pool, at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.
The clinic will cover basic acrobatics and stretching. Participants will practice off the pool’s edge before progressing to the 1m platform and then 3m platform – depending on skill and ability.
Children must be 5yrs and older (must be able to swim 25m without assistance in deep water).

- 11am – 12.30pm
- 1pm – 2.30pm

Water Polo Clinic
The 1.5hr clinic will cover treading water, water polo freestyle and backstroke, ball handling, throwing and catching, defending and jumping. The clinic will finish with a short game to practice the rules of water polo.
Children must 5yrs and older (must be able to swim 25m without assistance in deep water).

Swimming Intensive Program
Help your child become safe and confident in the water with one of our fully qualified AUSTSWIM instructors. There are several program options for you to choose from:
- Learn to Swim – Preschool & School Age
- Private lesson
- Disability lesson
- Specialist clinic

Synchronised Swimming Clinic
Come along and join representatives from the Sydney Emeralds Synchro Club and learn a new skill. Our experienced synchronised coach will go through the fundamental synchro skulls, floats and movements and introduce you to the world of synchronised swimming.

When: Thursday 19 January
Cost: $35 per session
All Day Recreational Program
Come and join Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre for a day of fun! The all day program will entertain your children these school holidays with activities in a variety of sports, art, and science and team games. Each day your children will also get the opportunity to have some fun in our Splasher’s Playground with our qualified AUSTSWIM instructors. This Program is designed for children aged 5-12.
