Arrow Martial Arts and Cahaya Expressive Arts are bringing you a fun an interactive program these school holidays.
Come and join us for one day of fun, Kids yoga, Art Therapy, Kids meditation and some exciting activities.
The workshop will have a fitness component with Yoga, some games, colouring activities, music and children will have a chance to explore their creativity whilst having fun.
