It’s the perfect opportunity to try out F45 with other first-timer RDMs and have a really fun morning.
We (Jacqui & Jess) both attend F45 Ryde and love it, as do loads of other local mamas, and we’ll be there on the day with a friendly (sweaty), encouraging smile!
We picked this date because it’s the last day of school holidays and a good day to draw a line in the sand and swap wine for workouts! đ
