Breastfeeding—wow what a ride. While some say it’s easy, the reality can be very different. It’s a skill both mum and baby must learn together. After placing your order, your kit is delivered to your home. It includes a detailed info flyer explaining everything you need to know—what to do, how to do it, and when. Here’s what happens next:
Step 1: Nourishy Receives Your Milk. You can either ship your frozen breast milk or drop it off at one of their facilities. If shipping, you’ll need to book a FedEx pickup for either Monday or Tuesday (all covered in your initial kit cost). Every bag of milk is individually weighed, logged, and tracked. I’m still breastfeeding my 17-month-old and have been slowly freezing the milk I pump when my little guy is at daycare. I plan to use this milk on days when I can’t pump enough for daycare or when his dad needs to give him something while I’m away.
