I’m a proud single mum, a small business owner, and someone who understands the real pressures families face — juggling work, raising children, and trying to build a better future in increasingly difficult times.
Before starting my own business, Joyful Care Co, I worked as a CEO across several companies, leading teams, growing services, and delivering support to some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
Running my own company taught me what leadership should really look like: hard work, accountability, and putting people first — not ticking boxes or chasing headlines.
I grew up in public housing, so I know firsthand how important opportunity, fairness, and a strong community safety net are. Those experiences shaped who I am — and why I fight so hard for better outcomes for everyday families.
I’m running because I believe we deserve leaders who have lived real life — not just studied it.
I’m running because our living standards are declining, our essential systems are failing, and Canberra isn’t listening.
I’m not tied to any political party.
I’m not backed by any donors.
I’m standing as a self-funded independent because I believe real change only happens when politicians answer to the people — not to party lines or corporate sponsors.
At the end of the day, I don’t answer to anyone but you.
I know firsthand how much pressure families are under.
If elected, I’ll fight to:
- Push for action on supermarket price gouging, to ease the cost of groceries.
- Support more affordable housing opportunities for local families, not just developers.
- Advocate for family law reform.
Families are doing it tough — and we need practical solutions that make a real difference to everyday life.
Healthcare should be affordable and accessible to everyone.
If elected, I’ll work to:
- Fund more bulk-billing clinics, so families can see a GP without worrying about the bill.
- Expand mental health services, especially for young people and new parents.
- Reduce specialist wait times, so families get the care they need without long delays.
I believe looking after our health is fundamental to a strong, happy community — and it shouldn’t depend on how much money you have.
- Helping families with cost of living pressures, especially groceries, energy & housing.
- Strengthening healthcare services, including better bulk billing and mental health support.
- Building stronger communities, by investing in local businesses, family spaces, and real community services.

Marsfield Chinese Restaurant — a proper local favourite. Amazing food, generous servings, and it’s the kind of place that always feels like home after a big day. I eat it far too often.
-
Epping Hotel — you can’t beat their schnitty! It’s the perfect no-fuss, hearty meal when you just want good food and a relaxed vibe.

Best coffee? Believe it or not, the little newsagent on the main road in Epping — it’s a tiny hole-in-the-wall spot, but it seriously hits the spot. Proper coffee for people who have a million things to do!
