United Swimming was established in 2012 as a dedicated swimming and aquatics program arm of the Taeseung Group, specialising in designing and providing swimming and aquatic training programs to people of all ages and skill levels. We pride ourselves on the relationship we’ve built with our families and their loyalty is one of the reasons we have so many new families joining us.

Each week we assist over 3,000 students to become safer and more confident in and around the water. Providing swimming and training programs for nearly a decade, United Swimming has developed programs and processes which make us stand out from other swim school providers and from Learn to Swim to Competitive Squad Programs, we strive to create the best learning environment for all.

United Swimming offers our programs at Croydon, Wahroonga, Epping, Lidcombe, Top Ryde and Northmead locations.

You can book an assessment or enrol into a class using our online Member’s Portal: https://united-swimming.accounts.ud.io/

Our programs run on a perpetual enrolment system. This means that once you have a place in the program your day and time is secured until your child progresses to the next level or you wish to change your lessons, without the hassle of re-enrolling every single school term. Lessons will run throughout the year, except for Public Holidays and Christmas / New Years break.

Learn to Swim Program

“Setting the Foundations”

Age: For children 3 years and over

Description: Our learn-to-swim program has 4 ability-based levels for children over 3 years old. This program accommodates children who are new to swimming lessons (level 1 – beginners) to those who are ready to develop correct strokes in all 4 strokes (level 4 – advanced). After completing all 4 levels of our learn-to-swim program, children will be proficient in all 4 strokes, competitive dives and turns, and they will have a basic understanding of race techniques and rules. All new students are assessed at our Centres on their arrival by our Centre Managers and instructors to determine which class best suits their abilities.

Class Size: 5 to 10 swimmers (depending on the level)

Duration: 45 minutes

Timetable: For more information about class times at a location near you, please visit your closest pool locations page.

Squad Program

“For Advanced Swimmers. Where Champions are Born.”

Description: Our squad program has 4 ability-based levels (Semi Squad, Bronze Squad, Silver Squad, and Gold Squad). We emphasise introducing race techniques, teaching basic rules and principles of FINA regulations, perfecting techniques and mastering competitive starts and turns. We provide opportunities for swimmers to progress to development and advanced competitive squads.

Duration: 1.25 to 2 hours (depending on the level)

Timetable: For more information about class times at a location near you, please visit your closest pool locations page.

United Swimming Squad Team is in partnership with the PLC Sydney Swim Club since 2015 and the club is affiliated with Swimming NSW Limited and is a member of the Swimming Metro South East Area (MetSEA).
