Walk-ins are welcome, but Santa’s availability in December isn’t guaranteed without a booking. For visits without photos, you’re welcome to walk in, though wait times may apply.
Sensitive Santa Photos
Sensitive Santa sessions, for families with sensory challenges, provide a relaxed environment to meet and have photos with Santa. All sessions are held outside of standard trading hours when the centre is quietest and dimly lit. Bookings are required to provide an allocated time for each family and to avoid waiting in a queue.
Top Ryde City Shopping Centre try their best to cater to all sensory needs and want to make this the happiest Christmas for all, so if there’s anything extra they can do to improve the experience for your family, please get in touch before your session.
🎄 Tree of Joy 🎄
Until 12 December, share a gift with a local in need by selecting a gift tag from the Tree of Joy located on Level LG1, purchase a gift matching the description and deliver it to the Customer Service Desk.
🦌 Reindeer Food Station 🦌
Collect your magical bag of reindeer food to leave out on Christmas Eve, a special treat to help guide Santa’s reindeer to your home.
