We’ve been lucky enough to team up with Michael Dowling from McGrath Ryde to style several beautiful homes they’ve had for sale. Most recently, we transformed this newly renovated 4 bedroom Californian bungalow in Ryde into an entertainers dream home. It sold for an outstanding $2.14 Million!

Our objective was to give the large family room a feeling of warmth and create a space in which a buyer could imagine entertaining family and friends.
Getting the scale right was so important. To unite the original features of the home with the contemporary extension we used a modern take on traditional furniture.

We combined Bentwood dining chairs with a Scandinavian table and lounge furniture. Using on trend pieces and a soft colour palette we were able to appeal to a wider range of buyers. This stunning home attracted 125 groups of buyers to open homes over the campaign and an impressive 11 registered bidders on Auction day!

Our home staging process includes the following 5 steps:
- Initial walkthrough – We visit your property and discuss its potential.
- Home staging proposal – We put together a quote to ensure maximum market value.
- Furniture rental – We source beautiful pieces from our range to create a warm, inviting space.
- Staging the property – We bring all the elements together and stage your property over 4 to 6 hours.
- Removal – At the end of the contract period we remove all rental items.
In this process, we always ensure we take on an objective view of the home, weigh up what buyers in the area are looking for, and figure out strategies for making the home more appealing so that it looks extra impressive in online and newspaper listings.
