You’ve probably heard of My Gym at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre, and perhaps your child even attends classes there but did you know they run a “Parents Night Out’ program? They recently ran an exclusive “Parents Night Out Party” for Ryde District Mums only and it appeared to be a massive hit!

The idea of the program is that it gives parents the opportunity drop their children off in the uber-capable hands of the My Gym teachers and enjoy a night out at Top Ryde City Shopping Centre… perhaps having dinner, shopping, visiting Tellaballs or even stopping in at Kmart (the magnetic pull is real).

Meanwhile, kiddies can enjoy a fun-filled evening of games, craft and carving up the gym floor! And best of all they get dinner! We were impressed to see a great child-teacher ratio on the gym floor and that the program lived up to the business name – kids did, in fact, do gym work like tumbles, bar work and more. By the time dinner was served the kids had definitely worked up an appetite and enjoyed their delicious dinner (note the fruit & veg in the pic below ?).

Who: The program is targeted at children aged 4 – 8 years old (children need to be toilet trained)
