Santa Claus is coming to… Rhodes Waterside!
He’s made his list, checked it twice and now he is ready to join us for the holiday season at The Christmas Factory! Round up the family and join us at Rhodes Waterside, as we welcome the Big Guy himself, Santa Claus. He will be in centre on Saturday 26th November from 10am, joined by Mrs Claus and a host of festive folk including a dancing Elf, a Sugar Plum Fairy and some Jolly Carollers.
- Santa Claus Welcome Parade – 10am – 11am – Starting outside Reading Cinemas on Level 4
- Reading Time with Mrs Claus – 11am – 12pm – The Christmas Factory (located near the Food Court, outside Gozleme King)
- Santa Photography – from 12pm – The Christmas Factory (bookings essential)
Santa Photo Experience at the Christmas Factory
Let’s make this Christmas, the BESTmas! These aren’t your average Santa photos, this is a whole Santa experience! Grab the whole family (even the furry ones!) and head down to The Christmas Factory at Rhodes Waterside. Not only will you get to cosy up to Santa and let him know of all the goodies on your Christmas list, but you will also get a chance to jump in the ball pit lucky dip.
Sensitive Sessions with Santa and Pet Pawtraits sessions are available but are strictly limited.

Candy Cane Lane is Calling! 
Come and explore the sensory maze at Candy Cane Lane! Here you will find plenty of fun spaces to explore and you can even post your wish list to Santa 🎅 You can find it on Level 4 outside Bed, Bath N’ Table.
Simply download the Rhodes Rewards App by scanning the QR code and be the first to enter Candy Cane Lane when it opens on November 26! Open from 11am – 4pm daily.

Christmas Donations Box
Make someone else’s BESTmas by supporting Project Kindness.
Between November 14 – December 18, Rhodes Waterside will be hosting a donation drive to support their friends at ProjectKindness, who work tirelessly to connect people in need with goods and services and provide the dignity, respect, protection and care that everyone deserves.
There will be 2 donation bins, one outside Coles and the other next to Three Beans Cafe, where you can leave your donated goods.

Shop and Drop Gift Wrapping
Let Santa’s Elves help you with all the hard work of Christmas gifting with Rhodes Watersides shop and drop gift wrapping service! Simply purchase your gifts in centre, drop them into Santa’s Helpers at The Christmas Factory and keep an eye on your phone for the alert to let you know they are ready for collection.
All they ask in return is a gold coin donation PER gift which will be donated to their charity partner ProjectKindness.
