This event is part of the Warami Festival, a programme of First Nations events and activities celebrating the Burramattagal people’s connection to the land and community.

Warami (pronounced Wuh-rah-mee) is a Dharug word meaning ‘good to see you’.

The theme for 2023 National NAIDOC Week is ‘For Our Elders’, an acknowledgment of the role our Elders have played, and continue to play, in our communities and families.

City of Parramatta is proud to present this event in partnership with Parramatta Park and PARKROYAL Parramatta.
