At Besafe Property Inspections, we have a solid reputation for providing quality pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspections for clients that are considering a residential property purchase or sale in Sydney Metro.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for not only the day-to-day running of the office but will also provide pivotal support to our team and work closely with our director.
About the role:
- Being the primary contact for prospective and existing clients such as real estate agents, solicitors, homeowners etc…
- Scheduling the jobs and arranging access
- Organizing payments, reconciling Xero and keeping the account up to date
- Posting on social media platforms and uploading new reports online
- Cold-calling prospective clients and attending the meeting on a casual basis
- Handling the phone and email enquiries and dealing with complaints
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in a real estate or legal firm
- Strong administrative and sales skills – organised, systems-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Immaculate presentation and possess a pro-active “can do” attitude
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Resilient, self-motivated and able to make cold calls
- Experience in service m8 is preferred by not essential
