Kitchen Table Cooking Class – Course 2, SYDNEY FISH MARKET

Sydney not-for-profit, Table is partnering with Sydney Seafood School and some of the country’s hottest chefs for two exclusive cooking classes in May to raise much-needed funds to deliver a new educational cooking program for people in need in Sydney.

The second class will take place on Monday, 29 May, hosted by food authority Jill Dupleix and featuring native cuisine expert Jock Zonfrillo of Adelaide’s Orana, and infamous hospitality prodigies Jemma Whiteman and Mike Eggert of Good Luck Pinbone.

The intimate four-hour classes are limited to 60 people per class. Participants will get hands-on in the kitchen and learn to make delicious dishes under the expert guidance of each chef.

Each ticket sold will enable Table to sponsor one person to take part in the new six-week Kitchen Table Cooking School, which will be offered at 10 safe houses and drop in centres in Sydney to support vulnerable women to rebuild their sense of self-worth.
