Big news – we all know and love Ryde Park – it’s one of the best parks in the City of Ryde. Now there is even more to love with the addition of a fantastic scooter track for kids complete with all the bells and whistles. Located behind the old Ryde Bowling Club, this new space even has its own car park!
The upgrades include:
- an amazing scooter track for children, complete with traffic signs, a roundabout and traffic lights
- an undercover seating area
- landscaped gardens
- drinking fountains for both humans and dogs alike!
- a relaxing picnic park
- new dog off-leash fenced area
The new scooter track formally opens this Friday afternoon so go check it out this weekend. We’ve already updated our Ryde Park “spotlight” to include this awesome new feature which you can check out here. Just when we thought Ryde Park couldn’t get any better… Thanks, City of Ryde 🙂
