Where to Buy a Real Christmas Tree Around Ryde

Some of us love them, some of us aren’t fans. If REAL Christmas trees are your thing then here’s a list of local places to pick one up this December.

1st Putney Scouts

  • When: Saturday 14 December 2024 from 7am until sold out
  • Location: Putney BP Petrol Station (Corner of Charles Street & Morrison Road)
  • Pre-order online here
  • Cost: $90 for medium tree
  • Delivery: $5 within 5km

1st East Ryde Scouts

  • When: Sunday 8 December 2024 8am – 6pm
  • Location: 25B John Miller Street, Ryde
  • Pre-order strongly encouraged: order online here
  • Price: $100 for 7ft tree
  • Delivery: $15

1st Hunters Hill Scout Group

  • When: 7-8 and 14-15 December 2024, 7.30am-4pm (or until sold out)
  • Location: Windeyer Hall, 1 Durham St, Hunters Hill
  • Cost: Price: $100 (small), $130 (medium), $170 (large)
  • Also selling Christmas tree stands, Christmas tree preservatives, and Christmas gifts – beeswax wraps and honey jars

Eastwood Marsfield Scout Group

  • Location: 72 Agincourt Road, Marsfield – behind the scout hall (around the back)
  • When: 14th and 15th December 2024

1st Carlingford Scout Group

  • When: Saturday, 7th December 2024, 8am – 1pm

  • Price: $110 for a 6ft tree, $135 for 7ft tree. Stands $30
  • Pick up: 1st Carlingford Scout Hall – 20 Boundary Road Carlingford (behind the library)
  • Delivery: $30

Beecroft Cheltenham Scout Group

  • When: Saturday 14th December 2024
  • Price: 6ft tree $80, 7ft tree $100, 8ft tree $135, stand $45
  • Delivery: $10 – only available within a 3km radius of the hall.
  • Location: Cheltenham Hall – 1 The Crescent, Beecroft

  • When: Saturday 30th November and Saturday 7th December 2024
  • Price: Medium tree: $110, Large tree: $145, tree stand: $45
