Boronia Park Doctors Now Open and Ready to Take Care of You for the Next 50 Years

After the sudden and sad passing of Dr Dennis Grinius just over a year ago, we now welcome the new owner of Boronia Park Doctors – Dr John Holt, and his colleague Dr Kristy Cantley.

We visited Boronia Park Doctors to meet the staff, tour the practice and learn about how they operate. It was immediately evident to us that this medical practice is the kind of place patients will attend once and stay with for the rest of their life.

Dr Holt seems genuinely kind and has a comforting and gentle nature. His focus is on thorough, attentive and lifelong care for patients of the local community. And as a father of 4 himself, he definitely understands kids. Turns out we aren’t alone in this opinion – members of the Ryde District Mums Facebook Chat Group made posts and left comments that are equally as complimentary!

As for the practice, it feels fresh and clean, peaceful and homely. The kind of place you will feel very comfortable and well cared for.

Onsite they offer pathology from 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday, as well as psychology services by Clinical Psychologist Rebecca Lynch who has been practicing for over 15 years.

Service available include:

  • Family and general medicine
  • Women’s Health
  • Family planning and antenatal care
  • Immunisations and vaccinations
  • Child and adolescent health
  • Mental health consultations
  • Chronic disease management
  • Skin check and minor operative procedures
  • Workers’ compensation & CPT
  • Telehealth consultations and home visits

They are a private billing practice meaning there is a gap fee between the fee charged and the rebate the patient receives from Medicare.

Located at 2/138 Pittwater road, Gladesville next door to Framing Life, they have onsite parking (entry on Thompson Street) and they’re open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

As they have just opened, they have a good capacity for new patients and shorter notice appointments. If you’re in need of a GP, or you want to go somewhere and see the same GP each time, give Boronia Park Doctors a call. To book call (02) 9185 4945 or book online here.
