Already a trusted name in the local community, 360 Early Education is known for its two long-standing centres—each operating for over 15 years and both exceeding National Quality Standard (NQS) benchmarks across all seven areas. Now, their third and newest centre on Epping Road is set to continue the legacy.
What sets 360 apart is that all three centres are family-owned and operated, creating a warm, consistent and community-focused environment for children and families alike.
Touring the new Epping Road centre was like a breath of fresh air. If we were scoring centres, this one would be an easy 10—and here’s why.

Higher Staff Ratio
This family-owned and operated centre prides itself on offering exceptional care for children aged 0 to 6 across 4 rooms. These staff are highly skilled and with many years experience. For example, staff who have been with 360 Early Education are joining this new centre and are looking forward to nurturing your child’s potential.
- Geckos Room: 0–2 years | 16 children | 5 educators
- Turtles Room: 2–3 years | 20 children | 6 educators
- Frogs Room: 3–4 years | 30 children | 4 educators
- Crocs Room: 3–4 years | 30 children | 4 educators
The centre also has 2 full-time managers and 2 full-time floating staff.
By having more educators than the required ratio, it allows 360 Early Education Epping Road to provide personalised attention, support individual developmental needs, and maintain close educator-child relationships. In addition to the dedicated rooms mentioned above, they have several other breakout rooms that are designed for smaller group learning. They offer this as it allows them to:
- Support each child’s individual developmental needs
- Foster stronger child-adult conversations
- Create quieter, focused learning environments

Safety First Design
At 360 Early Education Epping Road, every space is planned with visibility in mind, allowing educators to see children from any angle, room to room and from indoor to outdoor. Security is a major focus, with fob-only entry, CCTV throughout, and video intercoms in every room for added peace of mind. The centre boosts natural light and cross-ventilation, supporting children’s physical wellbeing, along with all layouts being aligned with the National Quality Standard for child safety and supervision.
Nature-Inspired Outdoor Playgrounds
The outdoor spaces at 360 Early Education Epping Road have been thoughtfully designed to help children connect with nature and enjoy open-ended, adventurous play in a calm and stimulating environment. As adults, we wish we had these facilities and play spaces as kids. Do they enrol adults for fun days?!?! The features include:
- A beautifully landscaped setting with native Australian trees providing natural shade and views of the nearby reserve and water stream
- A custom-built timber fort designed to inspire imagination, movement and collaboration
- A separate nursery playground with sensory-rich, nature-based features that support safe exploration and early gross motor development
