New Lebanese Restaurant: Bahsa Wentworth Point

posted in: Cafes & Restaurants, Life | 0

There’s a new Lebanese restaurant on the block, which naturally, we had to check out immediately. Family-owned and operated Bahsa Wentworth Point offers traditional Lebanese cuisine in a sweet indoor/outdoor terrace setting complete with festoon lights and views over the Parramatta river and towards the village square.

Boasting a curated wine list, tap beer, and big-screen TVs for sporting events, the venue is set to become very popular indeed!

Food

You can instantly tell the chefs at Bahsa know their stuff. The kibbeh shells and falafel were melt-in-your-mouth good. The Kafta, Lahme Mishwi and Chicken Tawouk (skewers) were very tender – not a dry or overcooked skewer in sight! The fattoush salad was crisp and fresh. It was all delicious.

Bahsa covers off all the favourites and they do it well. They even claim to have a secret marinade that we’re year to get them to spill the beans on!

As for drinks, they have a large wine list filled with beautiful Australian wines and premium Lebanese imports. PLUS new to the menu from mid-November are cocktails!! ?

Takeaway is also available and they’re healthy options only! Each have calories and macros included – impressive! These are particularly popular with attendees at the gym next door.

Events

Our immediate thought upon viewing this venue was that it would be fantastic for hosting functions such as a Christening, birthday or work event. Parking is great – there is a dedicated carpark with free 3-hour parking and you could probably take over the whole venue if you required it.

Where and When

You’ll find Bahsa on Level 1 Marina Square 410/5 footbridge Boulevard Wentworth Point. Marina Square has a dedicated carpark with free 3 hour parking, however the complex is also easily accessed by bus or ferry (Sydney Olympic Park Wharf).

They are open Tues to Sun for lunch and dinner. Make sure you book as it’s a popular place due to its great service and fantastic food.

Follow them on Instagram and Facebook for more updates!
