There’s a brand-new early learning centre in Gladesville that’s turning heads for all the right reasons! Harbour Early Learning Gladesville is now open and inviting families to book a tour to see its thoughtfully designed spaces, expert educators, and inspiring approach to early childhood education.

A Beautiful, Thoughtfully Designed Space
From the moment you walk in, Harbour Early Learning Gladesville feels calm, creative, and welcoming. The interiors — designed by award-winning Melbourne designer Danielle Brustman with murals by Ben Maitland — reflect the centre’s philosophy of imagination, curiosity, and connection to nature.
The centre features seven beautifully designed classrooms, each named in the Dharug language to honour the area’s First Nations heritage:
🚤 Nuwi (Boat) – Birth to 12 months
💧 Duga (Deep Water) – Birth to 12 months
💨 Gura (Wind) – 1.5 to 2.5 years
🐦 Warin (Rainbow Lorikeet) – 2 to 3 years
🌳 Yarra (Gum Tree) – 2 to 3 years
🌌 Burra (Sky) – 3 to 4 years
☀️ Gili (Light) – 4 to 5 years
Each room is a shoe-free zone, allowing little learners to play comfortably and safely as they move, explore, and create throughout the day.
Learning, Care and Community
Harbour Early Learning Gladesville operates with a tri-directorship model, meaning there are three full-time, non-contact directors — each dedicated to People & Policy, Pedagogy & Practice, and Communications & Compliance. This ensures an exceptional level of support and quality across every area of the centre.
Every classroom is led by a qualified university-trained Early Childhood Teacher, and the centre maintains above-standard educator-to-child ratios to deliver a truly high-quality learning experience.
Families are warmly welcomed to take their time settling in — there are no limits on orientation visits or duration, because Harbour Early Learning understands that every child (and parent!) deserves to feel completely comfortable and secure.
They also offer three face-to-face family meetings per year to discuss your child’s developmental milestones and goals, keeping communication open and supportive.
Nutritious, Fresh Meals Made Daily
All meals — from breakfast to late snack — are freshly prepared onsite by the in-house chef. The menu was developed exclusively for Harbour Early Learning by Baby Food Bible (Bable) founders Julia Tellidis (qualified nutritionist) and Lauren Skora (baby nutrition consultant), ensuring that children enjoy delicious, balanced meals every day.
Families can also tick a few more things off their list — nappies, wipes, Sudocrem, and Cancer Council Kids SPF50+ sunscreen are all provided.
Outdoor Play and Year-Round Operation
With four large, dedicated outdoor spaces, children have plenty of room to play, explore and connect with nature in all weather (yes, Harbour EL even provides rainwear!).
The centre is open Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm, 52 weeks a year (closed on public holidays) — perfect for busy working families.
