Aya Mustafa is a young Iraqi woman and a passionate advocate and public speaker, giving voice to young people from refugee backgrounds.
Having arrived from Iraq with her mother and siblings, Aya has emerged as a dynamic and influential change maker over the last 12 months.
Aya is completing her International Relations Degree at the University of Sydney and working on an International Research Study with Syrian- Conflict families. Aya dedicates her time to mobilizing youth to engage and participate in Australian society, and take pride in designing their own destiny.
