Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time Receptionist:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-2.30pm
- Possibility to work up to full time hours or less than 5 days per week
The main role is to ensure the provision of administrative support services to maximise the efficiency of the psychologists and to provide an excellent customer experience. You will help inspire our clients to put themselves first and achieve their goals!
The experience required for success in this role:
- Front office / reception
- Diary management
Desirable criteria:
- Sales / marketing skills and knowledge
- Experience working in a small business environment
- Understanding of Medicare and the workers compensation / CTP insurance system / National Disability Insurance Scheme
- Experience with practice management software
