The Position:
The Club is seeking to hire new promotional hosts who are part of the daily bingo offering. Experience is not necessary as training is provided for the right candidates. A friendly, confident personality is key and a can-do attitude. For mums this job is ideal being in school hours, with a uniform provided and parking just 80m from your workplace. For those seeking additional hours to weekly bingo, further training in gaming promotions, Meat Raffle and Sunday Raffle is available to those who excel.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting customers
- Setting up for the bingo sessions and selling bingo tickets via till
- Calling sessions with a pleasant and clear voice using a microphone
- Working on the floor checking tickets
- Interacting positively and courteously with customers, club staff, and co-workers
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of rules and procedures
- Completing documentation and computer entries after each shift
About You
- The ideal person will have a passion for working with our members and guests, have a ‘can do attitude’!
- A bright and bubbly personality, can-do attitude
- A passion for customer service
- Clear, confident verbal communication skills; (the position will involve regular microphone use)
- Pride in your workplace and presentation
- Current RSA and RCG (can be obtained after hiring and before first shift)
- Available 9:15am – 12:15pm Monday to Friday (job share possible and can be discussed)
