The Role
As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our elite team, job sharing the management of a portfolio in the prestigious Hunters Hill area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Building strong relationships with both tenants and landlords to ensure a seamless property management experience.
- Property Inspections: Conducting open inspections, routine inspections, and preparing detailed condition reports.
- Rent and Lease Management: Overseeing rental arrears, rent reviews, and lease negotiations.
- Maintenance Coordination: Managing property repairs and maintenance to keep our properties in top condition.
- Documentation: Preparing management and tenancy agreements, as well as handling insurance matters.
- Customer Queries: Responding promptly to email and phone inquiries regarding available rental properties and processing applications.
- Legal Compliance: Preparing for and attending NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) proceedings as required.
The Essentials
- Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Certification: Hold a current Certificate of Registration/ Real Estate Licence
- Transportation: Possess your own car and a valid driver’s license.
- Organization: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills, including a friendly phone manner and the ability to build strong rapport.
