Lifeline $2 Book Clearance Sale

Lifeline’s $2 Book Clearance Sale is on again, just in time for some early Christmas shopping and to stock up on great summer reading. For the price of just one small gold coin, you can buy a book or DVD, a couple of CDs, or four kids’ books while helping Lifeline to make a real difference to other people’s lives.

With so much excess stock to clear, Lifeline expects to draw huge numbers of book lovers and bargain hunters from far and wide. More than 35,000 good-quality books will be on offer — everything from commercial fiction and literary classics to non-fiction, hardcover and pristine paperback, children’s books and young adult reading, collectables and box sets, as well as books on cookery, craft, history and politics. There are even DVDs, CDs and computer games. All of it has to go for just $2 or less per item.

So don’t miss this giant clearance sale at this wonderful new venue, Beaumont Road Public School, Killara; 9am – 4pm, Sat 2 and Sun 3 November. All funds raised over the weekend will go towards Lifeline H2H’s suite of services, including the 24/7 telephone crisis hotline 13 11 14, community aid, and group counselling for people struggling with gambling, hoarding, financial issues, suicide bereavement and much more.
