THE ROLE
As Lending Support Officer you will work alongside the Principal Broker to provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients throughout the lending journey, including post-settlement.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparation and lodgement of client loan submissions.
- Attending to client enquiries and correspondence.
- Communicating with other key parties – assessors, BDM’s, conveyancers, settlement agents etc.
- Assessing clients borrowing capacities.
- Conducting analysis and providing recommendations.
- Document organisation and data entry.
- Ensuring compliance adherence.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in process and operations.
REQUIREMENTS
You are passionate about customer service and have a minimum of one year’s experience working in lending/loan processing. Plus;
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach to meeting clients’ needs.
