Gifted students are often overlooked, underachieve or unchallenged by mainstream schools. However, for the first time, there is a dedicated program for Gifted and Talented students around the Ryde/Epping area. Lyceum Centre for the Gifted and Talented will be running school holiday workshops for gifted students in Year 3-10. Our founders, who are experienced educators and gifted individuals themselves, have set up the centre to address the lack of programs and resources available for gifted students.
The April school workshops are based around Maths and English – they have been designed to challenge and enrich gifted students with fun and exciting themes. Some of the workshops include:
