Looking for a talented and enthusiastic audio engineer and digital media production assistant to join our team in West Ryde on a casual contract basis (your own ABN) of minimum 2 days a week and up to 3-5 days, (flexible as the workload varies). If you have a passion for music, self-motivated, talented, and qualified audio engineer experienced with Logic ProX and the whole world of audio plugins and tools, then we want to hear from you!
As an audio engineer, you will be responsible for recording and mixing music in a broad range of production styles. You will be expected to accurately match or improve upon renditions of cover versions and original songs, utilising your skills in music recording and mixing.
It would be beneficial if you have a broad skill set and interests in video production, as you may be required to work on video projects as well eg vodcasts, corporate interviews and social media clips, music and others.
We are looking for someone who is a junior or mid-weight, but ahead of their game, and who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Your musical skills will be helpful in this role, but most important is your passion for music, your ability to bring that passion to your work and your expertise in audio engineering and production.
