Job Description
We are currently looking for an Accounts Professional to join our team on a part time basis, with flexible working arrangements.
Ideal for a mum with young children looking at returning to the workforce on a part time basis!
The Role
Accountable for the centralised accounting operations along with the administration of the day-to-day financial and accounting functions of the company. Responsibilities include:
- Budgetary costings, control, and consolidation
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on monthly operating performance
- Maintaining functional areas including creditors, debtors, GL, payroll and taxation
- Preparing financial and operating statements
- Assisting in the design of financial reporting for use by management and advisory board in evaluating alternative modes of action for funding or expansion
- Efficient and effective use of systems
- Working collaboratively with and oversee accounts officer
Skills, knowledge and experience
Along with your passion for numbers we require:
- Accounting qualifications supported by sound experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in the use of MYOB; Microsoft Office
