Big things happen in the early years and at Little Zak’s Academy Hunters Hill, we make every one of them count. We’d love to be part of your child’s journey!
We care for children aged 0–6 in a warm, Reggio-inspired environment where education, creativity, and community are at the heart of everything we do. Our centre features four dedicated playrooms and two outdoor playgrounds — one focused on our youngest children and one for our 2–6 year olds, giving every age group a space that’s just right for them.
🍼 Nursery 0–1 & 1–2 years – A gentle, nurturing space for our youngest learners, with a no-shoe policy in the babies room to keep things calm, comfortable, and home-like. Our educators work closely with families to honour each baby’s individual routine and support every milestone along the way.
🌿 Toddlers (2–3 years) – A joyful space where curious minds and busy bodies are celebrated! Toddlers explore, create, and connect through play — with our resident chickens adding a touch of nature and wonder to every day.
⭐ Junior Prep (3–4 years) – Our Prep School program begins here, combining our Reggio-inspired approach with purposeful learning in literacy, numeracy, and independence. Children also enjoy our Grace and Courtesy program, building the social and emotional foundations they’ll carry with them into school and beyond. Reading Eggs is included, with home access for families.
🌈 Senior Prep (4–5 years) – Our dedicated Going to School program ensures every child transitions to kindergarten feeling confident, capable, and excited. With a continued focus on school-readiness and our Reggio-inspired TreeTop experiences, children are inspired to think creatively and lead their own learning right up to transition.
Every child also has access to our signature extracurricular programs, included in their fees:

We also organise LZ Swimming 🏊 — we take care of the logistics so you don’t have to. Swimming fees are payable directly to the swimming school.
Child safety is woven into everything we do at Hunters Hill, from our daily activities to group times where children are actively involved in conversations about keeping themselves and each other safe.
We’re CCS approved and NSW Start Strong approved, helping make quality early education more accessible for local families.
