Part Time Role, Flexible Hours – $70k p.a. (pro-rated)
About the Company/Role:
Salespond is Asia’s leading inside sales & marketing company. We work with global IT brands to help them reach their customers through a combination of best practice tele sales support, data supply and leading-edge technology. As our company is expanding in terms of size and service offerings, we seek a part-time Marketing Specialist to create and run results-driven B2B marketing campaigns for all of our business divisions, including managing website content and social media. This role is part-time, 2-2.5 days a week and would suit somebody who is wanting a gentle return to the workforce, or perhaps a Mum or Dad who needs to balance work with family/school hours. You would be required to come into the city-based office one day a week to collaborate with colleagues, but the rest of the time you could work from home with flexible hours to fit in with your busy schedule.
The main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Create our marketing strategy and communications plan, and work effectively with the team to implement this through all channels
• Manage the end-to-end marketing activities for the company to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty
• Content creation for website, social media platforms and direct marketing campaigns
• Understand the market trends in the region and customize programs as needed
• Communicate all marketing plans, activities and present results regularly to the Managementteam
• Track marketing campaign results, measure program success, and report metrics
• Develop and manage social media marketing including responding to all comments, messages, reviews and feedback
• Keep abreast of new online trends, as well as digital marketing best practice
• Responsible for SEO and Google AdWords campaigns
• Develop email campaigns and track success/report on metrics
• Design and update content for all of our digital assets including brochures, proposals andelectronic presentations
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualities:
• Bachelor degree and/or equivalent marketing qualification
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a B2B environment
• Interest in or experience working in the IT industry a plus
• Proven success in developing and managing demand generation and segmented B2B marketing programs
• Experienced in digital marketing and understands how to use major social media platforms and management tools (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc)
• Previous experience in developing fresh marketing content for websites, brochures, social media etc
• Ability to work across multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and can pro-actively come to management with ideas and suggestions
• Great team player, positive he working attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced start up environment
• Strong attention to detail with fantastic copywriting/copy-editing skills
