Located on level 6 in Myer, Pitt St Mall you will find the Santaland Express. This needs to be booked as it sells out, sometimes weeks in advance. They do accept walk-ins, but they can’t guarantee the wait time or availability.
What You Can Expect
Board the Santaland Express straight to the North Pole. The elves will take you on a magic journey through the skies as you head directly to the North Pole. As you land, you go through the naughty or nice list, see Santa’s elves in the toy factory and the beautiful surrounds of the North Pole.
You then disembark and can then see Santa for a chat and photo (charges apply) or there are other free activities, including writing Santa a letter and leaving it in his letterbox or colouring in.
This really is a must-do for kids as it is such a magical experience. We saw Santa and he was very friendly. All the elves were super helpful! Each ticket includes a ride and a visit with Santa at Santaland.
