This 2000 sq eatery attached to Artarmon Home HQ is home to a bakery, café, bar, restaurant, and events space. There’s even an outdoor play area for the kids.
The Backyard
Briars Sports Club – 14 Ian Parade, Concord
Spacious, outdoors, contained. Three words parents will always be thankful for and The Backyard has all of these features! When the kids need to run off some steam and get their free-range on, this is the perfect option. The huge green outdoor area has an array of things to play with, as well as other kids to befriend. There’s also colouring and a yummy kids’ menu to eventually tempt kids back to the table.
The Canopy, Lane Cove – Eat Street

A welcome addition to the Lane Cove community, The Canopy it ALL from a children’s playground, village green performance stage, dining precinct, supermarkets and a 500-space underground car park. For a romantic dinner, there are at least 5 new restaurants to choose from French to South-East Asian and more.

There is plenty of space for casual dining and a menu with loads of variety plus a kids play area (indoors). If you live within 5kms of the club you’ll have to either be signed in by a member or become one but don’t worry – membership is only $5 a year!

The focus at Dachshund is on serving delish plant-based food and awesome coffee. The menu is clever and moreish. Dogs welcome!!
