Welcome to North Ryde Farmers Market. Starting mid-September, this local Sydney growers market is on Saturdays from 8am-1pm. All fresh produce full of crafted artisanal goods and food from local producers. Come and get gluten-free, sugar-free cakes and baked products, fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, butter, cheese, flowers, plants and enjoy some time outdoor with your family.

Located in the car park of the North Ryde RSL in front of FITNESS FIRST at 27-41 Magdala Road North Ryde

City of Ryde Community Christmas Celebration

Come down to Ryde Park for this annual Community Christmas Celebration. Entry to the event is free and there will be plenty of excitement for an afternoon filled with Christmas cheer.

On the day, the kids will have a blast of fun with inflatables. You can purchase a wristband that gives access to unlimited inflatables for $15 per person and includes a bonus free ice block!

Giant sandpit
Bubble fun with Bubble girl
Hula hooping with Spin Joy.

There will be a BBQ to raise funds for the Country Women’s Association (CWA) of NSW Drought Aid. You can also donate via their website.

Don’t miss a special visit from Santa and gifts for kids. Stage entertainment, running from 3pm to 7pm, will include Christmas Carols, dance groups and a special Christmas show from Nick Jnr’s Sam Moran. The evening show will close with entertainment from the Christmas Groove Band.

Limited parking will be available at Ryde Park. Entry via Argyle Avenue.

Please note that due to water restrictions this year, there will not be any water rides but don’t worry they’ve been with more inflatables to keep the kids entertained all afternoon long.

Carlingford Epping Carols in the Park 2019

Together, the combined churches of Carlingford and Epping are excited to host this year’s Carols in the Park 2019!

Come along for an evening of fun and frivolity, celebrating Christmas, and sharing in the joy of community!

Market Stalls open at 5pm, Carols start at 7:15pm, Fireworks at 9pm, and a special guest performance by 2017’s Toyota Star Maker, Rachael Fahim!

Come along, bring the family, and find out what Christmas is all about!

Community Carols, Marsfield Community Church

Join in at Marsfield Community Church as they come together as a community to sing carols and celebrate the special season of Christmas!

Bring your picnic blanket or your camp chairs as you’ll be out on the grass.

Free sausage sizzle provided, starting from 5.30pm.

Carols will start around 6pm and finish up by 7.30pm so it’s not too late for the kids.

Christmas in the Square, Sydney Olympic Park

Celebrate Christmas with us!

Join in the Christmas spirit with a nightly celebration in Jacaranda Square. Bring your colleagues, family, friends and neighbours to the Square from 21 November to 24 December to celebrate the festive season.

Each night from 6pm, there will be various activities and entertainment, an opportunity to connect with the local community and celebrate the season together. Then every half hour from sunset until 10pm, everyone can enjoy a little Christmas Magic, – a light projection that turns the Square into a magical light spectacular, sure to entertain any age group!

Make sure you don’t miss out on opening night, Thursday 21st November where Santa will drop by as well as some special guests! A night not to be missed!

From the 6th December, grab your last minute Christmas gifts and stocking fillers with the Christmas Pop Up Stalls open each night from 6pm.

We are offering FREE Car parking (only in P6 Boom-gated Carpark ) if you enter the carpark after 5:30pm and can show evidence receipts from the retailers in the precinct and they spent $30 or more that night
