RDM Visits: Down N’ Out Goodtime Bar, Top Ryde

Located in the CBD, Crows Nest and our very own Ryde, Down N’ Out specialises in making Instagram-worthy burgers that not only look good but taste delish too.

They’ve been in Ryde for a few years but in the last month have relocated around the corner into the Top Ryde City Piazza, near Blaxland Road. With the move, they have evolved into a bar as well, offering over 25 craft beers including their own branded brew plus a huge array of spirits. In keeping with that vibe, they show live sports in the bar section and we hear a cocktail menu is in development too!

Down N’ Out know how to have fun, offering limited run themed burgers e.g. pokemon burgers, that they change up on a regular basis to keep life interesting! They even have a secret menu which can be accessed by asking a waiter while winking weirdly (ok that last bit isn’t true). Aside from burgers, they pride themselves on their ribs, wings, hot dogs and popcorn chicken – all of which look 👌👌👌.

Parents will be pleased to know they have USB ports and charger holes at every table for iPads and they have plenty of room for prams which is mucho importante!

Their new venue in Top Ryde seats up to 100 people and is open 7 days from midday til late.
